Shipping Charges:

All orders placed with Leeds Knights will incur a standard shipping charge of £4.50. This charge will be automatically added to your total at the checkout.

Shipping Method:

We utilise the services of Royal Mail for all our shipments. Royal Mail is a reputable courier service known for its reliability and extensive delivery network. While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Royal Mail aims to deliver within two to three working days. However, please understand that the delivery time may be longer if the item is not currently in stock. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

Jersey Orders:

Please note that jerseys are custom-made products that require additional processing time. The production and delivery of jerseys may take between 4 to 6 weeks. During peak seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and potential delays in the postal service. We recommend placing your jersey orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery, particularly during holiday periods.

 Tracking Orders:

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the delivery of your item(s). Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipments.

International Shipping:

At present, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping services to international destinations in the future.

 Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further information.
